I had some seriously awesome guest designers this month and they totally rocked the kit! Here are some of their pages:
"Gone" by Helen Croft
"Sweet Pumpkin" by Helen Croft
"Cool Couple" by Helen Croft
"True Buds" by Pam Callaghan
"Our Time Together" by Pam Callaghan
"Beautiful Fall Day" by Pam Callaghan
"Charge" by Lisa Truesdell
Lisa used painters tape to mask off a frame, then sprayed the mist directly on the kraft cardstock. When I was putting together the kit, I was thinking the mist for the chipboard frames, but I LOVE how she used the mist! How clever!

Here is the November kit, revealed a little early...
The contents are listed at the left, hope you like it!!!!
******UPDATED CONTEST HERE******
And for the November contest...
I wanted to start doing monthly contests, so the one for November is to simply use your kit! You can use the October kit (which I still have a few left!) or the November kit, just make your layouts feature 80% of the kit. You have until 11:59 p.m. CST on November 30th to get your creations to me. Please send them to Pam@kraftgirlkits.com. The winner will receive a future month's kit. I have some other goodies to giveaway, so there may be more than one winner. Can't wait to see what you all come up with!
I will be posting the design team creations this weekend, so check back. Hope everyone has a Happy Halloween!

So I promised you some projects with scraps, and I had made this really cute little tag, but now I can't find it! I think it is in the mess on my scrap table somewhere. Anyways, here are a couple cards I made with the scraps from my kit.
I am in love with the new Prima Lollipop flowers, so I decided to replicate them on my own. I cut 5 circles using my circle cutter, distressed the edges and crumpled the circles up. Then I used leftover bling, rub-ons, and embroidery floss to add some finishing touches to the flower. Pretty easy!
Here is another card I made using scraps...
So far, the projects I have received from the design team have been amazing! I love this kit, can't wait to share everything with you! A couple more days!!!! We are going to have a fun contest in November too, so excited!!!!

To put this on your blog, just click on the above blinkie, it will take you to photobucket. Then click the line that says HTML code and it will automatically copy it for you.
Go to your blog and sign in, then click customize. Under the page elements tab, click add a gadget and when it pulls up the list, pick HTML/JavaScript. Paste the code into the box. Save the changes and ta da: you have a Kraft Girl Kits blinkie!
I am not sure how to get it to link back to the KGK blog, but this will work while I figure that out!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
